Lionel 6-1070 O Gauge Royal Limited Freight Train Set VG/Box

Here is a Lionel 6-1070 O Gauge Royal Limited Freight Train Set. This set was a top-of-the line collector set from 1980 and was not sold with track and transformer. It includes a Chessie System 8061 Powered Diesel Locomotive w/horn, 9344 Citgo Three Dome Tank Car, Chessie 9329 Crane Car, Lionel Joshua L Cowen Commemorative Boxcar, Lionel 9234 Flatcar w/ Radioactive Waste Containers, Western Maryland 9818 Refrigerator Car, and a Chessie 9328 Illuminated Caboose. Each car features die-cast trucks and operating couplers. The 8061 Diesel features a pullmor motor, headlight, and e-unit.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good. These items show scratches, scrapes, nicks, and spots of paint loss throughout various sections of the shell and chassis. These items show spots of rust on the chassis and trucks. One of the wheel sets for the #9818 reefer has fallen off. The metal hand cranks for the crane car is unattached and moves loosely inside the shell. The locomotive's rails are slightly bent. The overall appearance of each item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is included.
